Chad R. Neal has earned his reputation as an intelligent, strong advocator for his clients again and again over his over twenty years. A graduate of the Texas Tech School of Law, Chad always practiced family law extensively and worked across many business and commercial litigation cases, as well as federal ERISA matters. He uses this extensive business and commercial law background to bring huge value to his family law clients with businesses and complex estate divisions.
Being a former accountant, Chad utilizes his accounting and investigative skills to examine the finances of an individual or business, which helps determine reimbursement claims related to fraud, among other things. With this experience, Chad can break down businesses and help his clients understand the asset characterization involved. Further, this gives him an edge when looking at separate property claims and where to look for key evidence in discovery.
Attention to detail, communication, and comprehensive legal representation is what Chad brings to each of his clients. Chad makes his clients aware of what's going on and educates them to make the best decisions for themselves possible.
Chad has been both a part of both large and mid-sized litigation firms as well as owned his own private practice. Joining the Law Office of David S. Bouschor, II, P.C. he looks to add his talents and experience to helping people – his favorite part of being an attorney.
